Breathe out deep and Raise your arms out wide In adoration of the Life that is you A life only lived moment by moment While floating in the Cosmos Atop this beloved Earth Whose mud, iron, and air Affords you a nose, skin, And Lungs Those upside-down trees within Whose angel wings flap With each conscious and unconscious breath. Bring your hands together Lean in and hug a tree In gratitude For the angels within you Who allow you to know yourself as you Inspirare <> Breathe in.
